When H-E-B approached us about creating a Super Bowl commercial, we immediately set out to create something dynamic. We’ve created Super Bowl commercials for H-E-B in the past, but this time it was different. The ask was different. We needed to create awareness for the new My H-E-B App in a real way by driving 1 million downloads within a month of the commercial. We did it in just 10 days.

Dr Pepper fans are distinct - they are passionate, dedicated and outspoken, with a love that is deeply rooted in the flavor and rich history of the brand. We wanted to create a loyalty program that harnessed this fandom yet provided a unique experience. Enter: the Pepper Pack, a hand-picked group of the brand’s undeniably biggest fans. With exclusive access to brand events, product launches and specialty merchandise, the Pepper Pack has grown more than 300% since launch, and has more than 70,000 applicants. Today, the Pack continues to be the brand’s most engaged demographic with an ER that’s 44X the brand’s paid posts.
